/04/ Grounding Sugar Scrub (Enoki Mushroom or Vanilla)

The forest has its own kind of silence.

You stepped off the trail without meaning to. Just a few quiet paces into the trees.

The light changed. The air thickened. And for a moment, you could hear everything, the wind in the branches, your own breath, the steady hush of stillness.

This scrub was born of that pause.
